(The address files I saved in CSV format in Excel were originally from the Palm software I had on an old Windows 7 computer, before I replaced it with a Windows 10 computer. The one I am using now was printed using Palm software 3-4 years ago. I only ever keep just one printed "address book" at any given time. I'd probably make some guesses as to what format is 'wanted' - and have it all be for naught.
